Our Recruitment Process

  • The first step is a screening call with someone from our Talent Team. During the screening call, we'll focus on getting to know you, your background, and understand your interest in the position. We will also answer any questions you might have at this stage, and are excited to get to know you!

  • This is where we get to know each other better. In this interview you will meet with the hiring manager who is excited to get to know you and your experiences better. Our goal is for you to leave this meeting with a deeper understanding of ECOnnect and the role you've applied for.

  • Prior to the interview we will have shared a case assignment with you, and you prepare to present and discuss your solution with us. Our goal is to better understand your thought process and experience, and how you would approach a typical work task. This stage is all about getting to know you both personally and professionally. 

  • At this stage, we'd like to invite you back to our offices for lunch or a coffee, to further discuss the position and any questions you might have. This is also a great opportunity to meet potential new colleagues and ask them about what it's like working at ECOnnect!

  • As a final step we will ask you to share your references with us, and we'll conduct a reference check.

  • Hurray! We are certain you would make a great addition to the ECOnnect team, and that you will contribute with a lot of value on our journey.
