Project Procurer
Secure the right solutions, drive smart decisions, and keep every project moving forward
At the heart of every successful project lies a seamless flow of equipment, systems, and materials, all procured with precision and care.
As our Project Procurer, you will play a key role in transforming project opportunities into successful deliveries. From the early project phases through execution and completion, you will be responsible for securing the equipment, suppliers, and commercial agreements that enable our projects to succeed.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, project management, and commercial execution, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that critical deliveries are made on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a commercially minded Project Procurer who can bridge technical understanding with effective supplier and procurement management to support successful project execution.
As our Project Procurer you will empower our projects by sourcing and securing the right equipment and systems, perfectly aligned with project requirements, and your main responsibilities will include:
Supplier Management & Qualification
Procurement Planning & Execution
Order Preparation & Approval
Logistics & Financial Oversight
Driving commercial negotiations with suppliers
Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance
We believe you will be successful in this role if you have a background and education in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, coupled with experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or supply chain activities. Experience with mechanical equipment procurement for the maritime, offshore, process, or energy industries, would be considered an advantage.
Beyond your procurement expertise, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers to drive efficient project execution and build long-term supplier relationships. Through active knowledge sharing and a continuous improvement mindset, you will combine technical insight with commercial acumen and strategic thinking to deliver value for our projects, customers, and business.
Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or German would be considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.
