Our Graduate Program is a significant investment in our long-term vision. To support ECOnnect Energy’s continued growth, we are seeking a Graduate with technical education, specialising in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Economics or similar background.

Above all, what matters most is your curiosity and eagerness to learn about our technology. This Graduate Program is designed as a learning experience – no prior work experience is required. We’ll provide the knowledge, guidance, and hands-on opportunities to help you grow.

The ECOnnect Energy Graduate Program is designed to give graduates a deep, hands-on understanding of the full business, technical, commercial, operational, and project delivery. Through structured rotations, you gain broad exposure while developing specialized skills that prepare you for impactful roles across the company.

• Commercial rotation: Business development, sales, market insight and commercial strategy.

• Finance Rotation: Financial management in the context of large energy projects.

• Technical Rotation: System design, technical development and project engineering processes.

• People & Company Operations Rotation: HR, HSEQ, business management systems and cybersecurity.

• Project Rotation: End-to-end project delivery of energy transfer systems where you will build strong project execution capabilities.
