We are looking for an analytical, commercially minded, and proactive Head of Finance to strengthen our finance function and support the continued growth of our business.
We have ambitious growth plans and we need a Head of Finance who can bridge financial expertise with operational insight and strategic decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic and international environment.
As Head of Finance, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance management, collaboration, and decision support. You will work closely with management and operational teams to ensure high-quality financial insights, strong internal controls, and sound business decisions while driving financial performance through relevant improvement initiatives.
In addition, you will provide operational leadership in developing the finance function, strengthening financial governance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support continued organisational growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Drive financial performance through financial planning and analysis
Business performance, reporting, and cross-functional financial collaboration
Financial governance, risk management and compliance
Provide operational financial support and drive continuous process improvement.
Lead long-term initiatives such as financing/capital raising/M&A
We believe you will be successful in this role if you have a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial management or similar roles from relevant industries.
Beyond your financial expertise, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, providing financial insight that supports better decision-making and drives business performance.
Collaboration, continuous improvement, and business partnership are integral to our success. Your ability to combine analytical thinking with commercial understanding will be critical in helping the company achieve its strategic goals while maintaining strong financial control and governance.
